Reformer Pilates Classes

Our guided Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Each class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is trained in the Balanced Body® method, allowing us to combine the precision of Pilates with the clinical knowledge of physical therapy.
